ABOUT ME
I’m a proud mother of two amazing young adults, married for 24 years, and the author of It’s Possible: Build the Marriage You Desire. I’m also the co-owner of Flip My Marriage, a program dedicated to helping couples renew and restore their relationships.
I am also a Certified Coach Practitioner through Insight Coaching Community and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arkansas #P1510119.
With over 24 years in the field of mental health & disabilities, as a quality assurance coordinator, clinical director, and as a mental health therapist, I thrive in helping others reach their full potential through both quality care and compassion.
I am a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University (Biology, Psychology), University of Arkansas at Little Rock (Counseling), and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (Public Health).
